Youth Strength & Conditioning Summer Training Camp |

This is a camp that Kim's Martial Arts has designed for All Students and Friends of Students to teach and enhance your overall Strength, Agility, Coordination, Flexibility and Work Ethic. This class is designed for youth ages 7 and Up. Grand Master Kim will be your instructor for this camp.
Activity
- Flexibility - We will use movement preparation and power yoga techniques
- Strength Training - We will use bodyweight calisthenics, martial arts stability, power bands, medicine balls, light dumbbells, etc.
- Core Training - Abdominal and lower back strengthening exercises
- Conditioning - Running short bursts and long strides to increase stamina
- Agility - Cone drills and agility ladder drills along with Jump Rope and Foot Skills.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
What if I can't make it for 8 weeks? This course will run for 10 weeks so if you miss a week you can make it up. The training camp fee is for 8 week's or 16 sessions. We will have an attendance card to mark.
What to wear? Shorts, T-Shirts and cross training shoes. Bring water and a towel.
When are classes Tuesday and Friday 9:30 - 10:30 am
