Kyle Hermann won a SILVER Medal in the 10-11 male Black Belt sparring division. Tori Gershom also won a silver medal in the 16-17 female Red belt division. Jackson Myers, in his first national championships, fought his way to a bronze medal in the 8-9 Male Green belt class. Bobby Daggett fought as a Black Belt for the first time in the highly competitive 14-15 male division losing his first match to the eventual champion of the group. Corey Hermann highlighted our team’s travel to Austin, Texas, and the U.S. Jr. Olympic National Championships June 30th-July 3rd, 2009. Corey won 4 fights to capture the Gold Medal in the 12-13 BLACK BELT division. This is Kim’s Competition Team’s second BLACK BELT NATIONAL CHAMPION.
